What is Finance Online Plus?

Finance Online Plus allows you to access ANZ Interim Accounts.

How to Login

1. Click the login button (as shown above)
2. Select "Finance Online Plus"
3. Then click on the link to the right for "Log into Finance Online Plus"

3. Enter your login code and password and DOB
4. Click the login button.

If you receive an error, read the error message on your screen and try again.


How to register

1. Click the register link - found to the right of the Login button at the very top of each page.
2. Enter all required details into the Landmark registration form.
3. Read the instructions that appear on the top of the page.


Unable to log into your account?

1. Please read the FAQs - Help for instructions how to disable any pop-up window blockers.

Your access login and password details

When you open any Landmark account, we allocate you a personal Client Number. This maybe a different Client Number to the one you are currently familiar with if you also have a business account.


Your personal Client Number is used as your login for both internet and phone access.


Passwords

Once we have received your completed ‘Registration of Interest’ form, you will receive two temporary access passwords.


Your internet access password will be a six digit ‘alpha-numeric’ password. You will have the option to change this password after you first login to the internet service.


Your phone access password will be a six digit numeric password


First time use – phone access

Once you have received your details you will need to login and change your temporary phone access password.


  • Call 1800 622 051
  • Enter your Client Number then press #
  • Enter your temporary phone access password then press #
  • As you will be a first time user you will be asked to replace your temporary phone password and entered a new six digit phone access password then press #
  • Once your new phone access password is accepted you will be able to: 
  • Check your account balances
  • Have your transactions read out to you
  • Transfer funds from your linked account
  • Transfer funds to your pre-nominated bank account
  • Pay your Bills using BPAY to over 15,000 billers


HINTS AND TIPS

  • Avoid the use of simple sequences, repeated digits or your date of birth when changing your temporary phone access password
  • Don’t write or keep your User ID and phone access password near your phone
  • Don’t disclose your User ID and phone access password to anyone.


Using the internet service

Within Finance Online Plus you have the following menu items


Home

You can personalise your homepage to show

  • List of accounts
  • Future payments
  • Personalised account names
  • Display the latest transaction on your favourite account


Accounts

  • View a list of all your accounts


Transact

  • Make a BPAY payment
  • Transfer funds to another ANZ Interim Account
  • Credit funds to an external bank account
  • Perform a multiple funds transfer


Other

  • View your interest details
  • Display and print your statements online
  • Stop cheques
  • Customise your account details including
    • Change your Login Code
    • Change your password
    • Personalise your account names
    • Remove or include accounts on your summary page
    • Select the account you wish to have the latest transactions displayed on the summary page.
  • Enable multiple authorisations when there is more than one person to sign for an account.
  • View all your future payments
  • Create your own personal payees list for your regular payments


Using phone access

Call 1800 622 051 (or when overseas call +61 1800 622 051)

1. Enter your Client Number then press #

2. Enter you access password then press #

3. Select from one of the following options

    PRESS 1 to transfer funds between ANZ Interim Accounts
    PRESS 2 to transfer funds to another ANZ Interim Account

to Review your transaction history


PRESS 6
to Make a BPAY payment

    PRESS 1 to make a payment today
    PRESS 2 to make a future payment


PRESS 7
for Other options

    PRESS 1 to Change your phone access password
    PRESS 2 to verify your cheques presented
    PRESS 3 to activate your VISA Debit Card
    PRESS 4 to review your end of financial year interest totals


PRESS 9
to return to the main menu at any time


PRESS 0
to speak with the support team in Perth

If you know your selection you can key ahead at anytime
